The stores I own that don't do so great are ones that I haven't really put any work into! So...I finally got myself a system of of printing out a store "to-do" list for each store and checking off what needs to be done, and then keeping them in a file so I can go through and see which store needs help first more easily. I've gotten ahead of myself with stores (I'm always thinking of great niche ideas) so I'm taking a break from creating new stores to getting all of my current stores fully optimized before I steam ahead with more. People tend to give up and make a excuse for that failure. The one common reason for success I see is not giving up. Even if you put down IM for a while you can come back to it later and your work is still there and stronger.
