What a great idea. I've already realised that my projects bog down because I try and do all the things I hate and am not good at. I four people all joined up with different skillsets/likes/dislikes then they could all work on a site at a time.

I think the bit where everyone reviews the site and adds comments is very clever to get the site going.

Is there an elance equivalent where people can make virtual teams where money is not changing hands but they are effectively a study group, trying to get their first implementation done and everyone's main goal is to learn how the process works and be involved in one project that finally works?

Having a group project is great for motivation too!
Reply - <a href="#" class="quote" onclick="quote('18524','andy','What a great idea.
This plan on paper is Great! has the time line and expectation and with it written down it doesn't seem so overwhelming - even though there are many steps at least it keeps it in perspective.
Reply - Quote

Good concept on team building. I am talking to a couple of other people about doing that around where I live. I would add "Making a header" to the builder responsibilities, though someone else in the group may have a better flare, or the marketer may have a better idea of what the header should include.
