Mark Hansen, ie: The Niche Store Builder, is dedicated to providing superior services around the Build a Niche Store eBay affiliate software application and other methods of developing niche websites that can be converted into passive income for years to come.

I have one simple goal - Satisfy all website visitors and valued customers one step farther than they would expect! That single goal is easily achieved due to the dedication and interest, shared by all of us involved in making the Niche Store Builder a success.

I have been involved in website development since I established my own design firm in 1994. Growing the business part time for the next 8 years, I honed my skills in web application development and search positioning strategies, specifically focused on e-commerce in an asp/vbscript environment. To date, I have fully developed or worked on more than 200 projects in one fashion or another!

During the same time I was building my own business, I held a key position at a fortune 500 technology company focused on product sales and distribution through the retail sales channel. This experience of team management, local demand generation and the internet, was merged seamlessly. In early 2001, the decision was made to develop the website design and integration business to its fullest!

Today, several years after the initial move, the passion to help others learn has never waned and a personal blog, The kids College Fund was developed as a central location where I could actively discuss our own efforts to monetize our domain portfolio. We became so engulfed in the power and flexibility of the Build a Niche Store product, that it soon overwhelmed the original purpose of the KCF site… and the Niche Store Builder was born.

I have often been overheard taking ownership of all my projects and warn prospective clients that when I am contracted to do their project, it would become one of my own. There would be no… “Your Site Needs…” instead, it is always “Our Site Needs…”
