My SEO guy actually turned me on to it a while back. Personally, since I'm always building with Woo Themes I don't require any plugins because their custom video embed post field allows you to simply copy embed code and click save. Tubepress.org is also great for keyword/channel driven youtube galleries. Lots of awesome resources - which is why Wordpress is king.
