It may be in two separate files.

1 – inc-bans-menu.php (Inside the “Shop” folder)

In both instances, it is located near the bottom of the file.

When I just looked at the code… EVERYTHING from BANS is working properly, there just arent any listings showing. (The code is there, the listings are not)

This tells me that either the category is wrong, or in your main setup, you have it set to show no listings on your home page.
