Build a Niche Store Empire Series on Crack!

I know, quite the interesting page title right? I must have received at least 100 emails or comments through the blog comment form from people wanting to get done FASTER! Let me say that while this cannot be rushed, you have fallen right into the point of this entire Build a Niche Store Empire series, and next week will see the completion of your first store!

Throughout this week, we are going to finish up the second installment in the series. Over the coming weekend, I will assume that most of you have:

Why would I make those assumptions? On Monday, it is CRASH COURSE time! If you need to go back and review the areas above, now is a good time to do so! :-) I also encourage everyone to go back to the basic series about this same subject last year at: The Niche Store Process . I don’t recommend trying to get ahead of us by following the steps unless you just really want to, but each step in that series will be covered by a week versus a day! Thus this empire series will ultimately be much more detailed!

What can you expect from next week? By next Friday, your first store will be up and running… you will have a basic understanding of how to do basic optimization of the store, AND you will have your second niche market  & domain ready to build for the following week!

Get Ready – It’s about to get very interesting!

    Hi

Please forgive me if I have overlooked this, but is it OK to add a store to an existing site and follow your instructions or are you expecting us to start a store with a new domain?

    @ Jacqueline -

However you wish to add your new store is fine – no need for new domains if you are going to use an existing site or a subdomain.

    Hi Mark,

I appreciate that you have received copious e-mails about people wanting to go faster into the series. I think this a common response for so many, run before you can walk syndrome. I believe the niche discovery, research, feasibility study and domain naming are essential for a profitable niche store. I would like to thank you for the detail provided, even though I have a few niche stores running I have learn’t alot. So lets keep it going step by step and learn off each other.

    Mark,

First of all excellent job with regards to the overall series. I read the last series you did with great interest and will be following this one with a passion. I have two sites currently set up with BANS and have actually started to see some sales come in, it’s a rush.

Like David above pointed out it is better to learn to walk before running. If I had found your previous series before getting things going I am sure I would be further ahead of the game with the stores I have.

If you are new to BANS – “TAKE YOUR TIME” – your income will be increased more by doing it right than doing it fast. Learn the basics, get them down, then look to increase the speed at which you roll out new sites.

Have a great day, and keep the info flowing.

I’d just like to reinforce what Mark is saying about not jumping ahead….I know it’s hard to fight the urge….money is weird that way! But, if you can help it…be patient! It will pay off in the long run!

I rushed right into a couple stores at the beginning and they are not doing very well right now….and they’re optimized!

Take the time to PROPERLY learn how to suceed in BANS, and it will pay dividends!

    Hi Mark,

I believe I read somewhere that you mentioned custom templates.

Are you going to show us how to set one up or can we purchase them?

Personnaly I would like to know how to customize one from the
templates provided. Actually I know how to customize a template
but don’t know how to make it separate from the others. Is this
    necessary?

I though it would be nice to have one ready for next week.

    Thanks,

    Phil R

I for one would like to take it slow. Though I am a guest blogger and have stores already up and running I would like to make sure that I have been doing the process of building a niche store properly. I’m studying new niches at this point.
Giving all the participant plenty of time will help prevent folks from making the same mistakes those before them have made.
    Like me.
