I suspect the update is not finished yet but a number of my sites have received PR1 & PR2 rankings which I'm quite pleased about as none are more than 3 months old. It's actually quite bizarre as I have a PR2 on one site which is nothing short of garbage and only a PR1 ranking on a site I consider of much higher quality.
