Personally, I wouldn’t submit to more than like 10 or so directories per week so that you look “natural” in Google’s eyes. If you add too much too soon, you run the risk of getting SLAPPED!

It has a nice interface and allows you to enter your information once and it fills out the forms for you. However it still requires you to manually submit so it's totally white hat. It's the same maker as Seo Elite and Keyword Elite which is excellent software but a bit x-spensive. Anyways check out this software to help you wiht your BANS sites.
