Going-Going-Gone! Keyword Targeted Sites For Sale!

On Friday, I mentioned that I was eliminating several of the sites I started in the last month to focus on other efforts. In this article, you will find several of them listed.

These were starter builds, nothing special about them. I have anywhere from $50-$100 worth of content into each site, along with my time, which I just want to turn over and get these off my agenda.

$150 each – No real earnings to speak of. (Fresh builds, need more content and marketing)

All sites are WordPress 2.9.2, have no commercial plugins unless noted, and use the Free Flexibility theme with a small bit of customization.

I still have one unclaimed & aged site remaining, earns steady income of +$600 per month, every month since Jan 1st. Requires 1-2 weekly post updates, but are well worth the 2-3 hours a week spent on them!

• Hosting is not included… I will zip and export the files for you to install on your own host, or you can have HostGator do it for $10-$20.
• I will give you up to 30 days to move the site(s) from my server to your own.
• All domains are registered through GoDaddy and expire within 1-12 months.
• Some of the sites currently have adsense or amazon links on them, I am in the process of cleaning all my stuff off the sites this weekend.
