It looks like the all awaited Google Caffeine Update may in fact be in progress…

I have been doing my part to "Build the Internet" since 1994, when I built my first website! Since then, I have built hundreds of niche websites for myself and many others, focused on design, applications, ecommerce, search optimization and internet marketing. 
About the only change I’ve noticed is that, on April 11th, one of my sites went from ranking #5 on Google (where it has been for about a year, and that’s about as high as this site ever got) to #1. Today it dropped to #2, but still, that’s a pretty significant change, given that it has never previously been higher than #5, possibly #4.
Everything else is business as usual with all my other sites.

@Rochelle – I noticed my biggest differences on the 14/15th, and again on the 21st Rochelle. Only on a couple specific sites, which leads me to think there s a filter change being tested.

I’ve noticed that one of my sites that was on page 2 and dropping is now No2 on the 1st page out of 13m so I’m pleased as it’s now back to earning what it was earning before it dropped.
