Hello From Cindy

Hi, my name is Cindy and am I ever glad I got selected for this honor! While I’ve been doing this “internet thing” for 3 years now, I have yet to meet my first goal of making $100 a day.

I started out with the James Martell model but realized quickly that while I enjoyed the site building and research parts, I hated writing articles … which is what his method is all about. Since I couldn’t get that to work, I kept chasing rabbits trying to find my niche. What I eventually realized was that finding my niche wasn’t near as important as sticking with a project and marketing it!

I stumbled upon BANS over a year ago and really liked the sites that I saw built with it but couldn’t see the potential with eBay and thought it was too restrictive. After all, I already had XSitePro so didn’t see the point in buying another sitebuilder.

Then last summer, I became part of a forum that is heavily into the eBay affiliate program and since the registration bonus had just been increased to $25, I jumped in with both feet. The sites everyone was building were not very attractive but the whole point was to build a lot of sites and market them with AdWords. While the PPC model works for many of them, AdWords and I can’t seem to co-exist well together. Besides, my ultimate goal is to have totally hands-off income.

Then I stumbled upon BANS again and I finally gave in. As soon as I found Mark’s site I knew I had made the right choice. I have so far built 3 BANS sites but without proper marketing, they are floundering. I had just built my 4th one (with a marketing plan in mind) when Mark added this 12-week series to the site. I have halted action on that site and will let it be my first one for the BANS empire follow-along. With the accountability of this series, I will get my sites promoted properly and making money.

When I first started in IM 3 years ago, if I had had a sitebuilder like BANS and a strategy like Mark provides here, I would be doing well financially now. If I had built just one site a month (not one a week like Mark is focusing on here) that produced income of just $5/day, I would have reached my first goal of $100/day and be well on the way to my second goal of $200/day. Do the math – 36 sites bringing in just $5/day equals $180/day! Even with a full-time job and a family, one site a month is very doable.

I encourage everyone to think small and to stay focused. BANS is a very viable sitebuilder that supports a great and virtually unlimited affiliate program (eBay) and also supports other forms of monetization. If you set your sights on a small goal of averaging just $5 a day per site, before you know it you’ll have reached any goal you have for yourself.

Take a vacation … take time off for family matters … and the income keeps coming in. That’s my goal! What’s your goal? How many $5/day sites do you need to build in order to reach your goals?

Choose your niches wisely and then follow Mark’s guidelines, and before you know it you’ll have that car payment covered every month, then the mortgage, then you’ll replace your J-O-B income, etc.

Think small and focus! Here’s to a great BANS year for all of us!
