Good think about craigslist it that it is easy to search location. What they say about real estate ... location, location, location. I think that is just as important for virtual real estate. So, what I do is go to CList and search different locations and, if I find some commonality in products that folks are wanting, that might be a good niche. Just an idea but it really works for me.
