I Almost Quit You Last Month!
Over the past few days I have received several emails about the rebirth of the Niche Builder Services menu at the top of the pages of the website. (Some may recall, I pulled down the services option menu in mid-2008)
Since others are asking, I guess it’s worth explaining… that I almost quit the Niche Store Builder site last month. (Not to be confused with quitting smoking, I haven’t lit up since last year!) Yup. I had a very bad taste in my mouth over something, I got pissed off and was walking away from it all.
It was actually during the process of putting all of my traffic stats, earnings statements, email lists and general full year information into the Flippa system that it hit me…
The Niche Store Builder… Is My Niche!
Over the past 3 years… not only have I enjoyed the hell out of sharing my knowledge and DIY methods in the How-To content on the site, but it has also led to a significant income stream that I tend to ignore.
So… I decided NOT to quit, and instead to continue doing what I do best… Building Niche Websites, and serving the community with both free Niche Building Tips, and paid Niche Site Services. I am however going to do things a bit differently this time, and bring on both Kim, and a CRM system to help me manage the business better! :-)
I am going to liquidate almost every passive income site I have (I have already moved 80% of them)… and focus my efforts on serving you, the readers, better!
About the Services
I’m not going to tell you that everything I do is cheap… it’s not. I value my knowledge and skills, and just about anyone who has worked with me will tell you, I go above and beyond to exceed your expectations!
The RankSpanker Niche Report, which MANY of you took advantage of last year at the N1Way Guide site, is likely to be of the highest value to someone who really needs a bit of direction, or just wants to skip the research process, and get it done elsewhere. In a nutshell, its a site build blueprint… and if you followed along at the N1Way site, you may recall the original rankspanker report… and just how successful they can be during the build process!
Along with this I am also offering a full 50-page niche site build, which takes the RankSpanker and builds a site out of it, taking the planning and building off your plate! It is designed for product type review sites, but almost any type of website works just as well! If its an information site and can be built around the WordPress CMS, its perfect for a basic build!
Since a good bit of people are struggling with how to move away from BANS.. I decided to offer a way for visitors to Convert BANS to phpBay, without the headache of learning all the technical stuff on their own! If you do prefer to learn it though, there are several pages about it to help.

I have been doing my part to "Build the Internet" since 1994, when I built my first website! Since then, I have built hundreds of niche websites for myself and many others, focused on design, applications, ecommerce, search optimization and internet marketing.

is there a way to find out what domains you have for sale. I went to flippa and can’t figure out how to search by owner.
@Brent S – None are listed Brent. I decided last month to do things on a one-off basis.
In total, there are only a small handful left that I am selling. I have transferred ownership of a few to family, etc.

Awesome Mark. I am so glad I found you a couple years ago and is why I check your site everyday. Without your knowledge I would probably still be looking for a job here in Detroit. Thanks again for being honest and willing to help us out.

@Anand Srinivasan – LOL… I actually have 92) separate plugins running for the feed control, NEITHER of which do the full job, since I still find my posts indexed in google, through other sites.
RSS Footer – Adds a footer widget that is easily edited.
@Feed – Adds a configurable copyright section, as well as some tracking options.
The scrapers however get smarter every week. Now they are scraping to a third (or fourth) site… then re-scraping it from there, to their main money site.
I have been reporting 2 specific sites to Google Spam Team for over a year, yet they still rank well and scrape away showing adsense!
Mark, glad you are still with us. Appreciate everything you do and all of the info you share. I would have given up at this a long time ago had I not found your site and some success as a result of the mentoring you have offered us all. Thx

Just by way of a testimonial when I got into this internet marketing thing in Jan 2008 I was skint and I’d only built 1 website before in my life.
With your advice, guidance and help I built a bunch of websites that earned over $100,000 in 2009. Now I’m not saying it was easy and I had the help of a few others and an insatiable appetite to learn.
