I agree with Ronni about notjustforbabies – I was given a tip by a midwife friend of mine back in England that the best thing you can do for a new mom is buy something for HER as opposed to the baby – everyone’s buying stuff for the baby, but what she wants is really nice new underwear (I’ve heard this from several of my friends), bath salts, foot spas – anything they can do to pamper themselves when they’re recovering from sleepless nights.
