Instructions for a short-cut Mark showed us in a recent video

If you took the time to watch Mark’s 41-minute video about installing and creating a broad-niche BANS store then you may have picked up how he copied a folder with BANS folders and files in it and pasted it in his new site. This is an incredible idea and a huge time-saver, especially if you plan on building a lot of BANS sites.

If you would like detailed instructions on how to accomplish this I wrote some you can read.

Read instructions on How to Create a Raw-BANS Folder in Your cPanel.

Happy BANS-building!

    Rochelle,

    Great instructions….as always!

I’m having a bit of a different problem myself, though. How do you guys get that Raw Bans folder in the cPanel? I need some instructions on how to go about doing that.

I’m seems pretty easy….just can’t figure out how to get it!

    Thanks,
    Eric

Eric – Do you mean how to create a folder named ‘Raw-BANS’ or how to upload the contents of the folder?

I guess I’m looking for instructions on how to have it appear in my cPanel so that I can do the “quick upload” to my new sites.

    Eric,

There are many ways to do this but the easiest may be to simply upload your BANS folder to your host. If you use only one country’s store then it can be that folder. If you use them all, or most, you can upload the entire folder with the countries in it. Then, once it is uploaded, you can change the root folders name to Raw-BANS (or whatever you like).

I fear this may not have answered your question, though. Please let me know if you need further clarification.

Actually, I think I understand…I’ll try it out later and let you know if I’m stuck.

…now get back to the Cleavage store! :D
