Many of us have only met through the sharing of email! I feel like I do know several readers personally and you never know… one day, we may actually meet!
Aside from being the founder of The Niche Store Builder, I have been around website development for about 15 years and have developed more than 100 sites for both myself and customer accounts through my web design business. Through natural progression, I have learned quite a bit about search engine optimization and I thrill at the opportunity to share the experience with others! Aside from developing websites, my wife and I (Both 42 years old) own about 600 or so domain names through GoDaddy, with a goal of monetizing and owning up to 1000 by the end of 2008!
I started using Build a Niche Store in mid August 2007 and since that time have completely developed about 15 sites that continue to grow in popularity every month. At this point, I would estimate that I can build out a site in less than 8 hours… but personal issues have kept me away from the development side since mid Oct, when a family emergency more or less put all work on hold.
In addition to my web design work and BANS, we have run a very successful eBay store for several years. The legwork involved with managing the eBay store is part of the reason we chose to work on domain monetization… who wouldn’t want to work as little as possible and make a great living?
We have a group of 7 children… ranging from two older boys in college, down to 13 year old twins. If we don’t answer an email within 30 minutes, it means we are either breaking up a sibling scuffle, or enjoying the first 30 minutes of peace and quiet for the day! :-)
I truly love to teach others what I have learned about development and SEO. This series gives me the chance to help others learn from the mistakes I may have made along the way.

It’s May, and I’m just starting to read your info, but I am excited I found you. I just bought BANS about 3 days ago, so I am starting out, and hope to follow along with your plan, and produce some good sites in the next few weeks!
