I'm developing a new niche site using one of these templates and ran across a problem with page ordering on the nav menu. I dont know if anyone else has seen this problem. It seems that this wp theme uses page ID to order the pages in the nav menu rather than the menu_order field from the database. I edited both the /store/inc-bans-header.php and the /wp-content/themes/StudioPress/header.php files to allow this to function correctly. I have seen this message from several people now. I have walked through the install myself on several test sites to be sure as well. Are you all uploading the FULL FOLDERS, including the stylesheet files?
