Over the past few days, I have received several emails asking; “What if I cannot find 10-20 main categories for my Niche store?” While I have actually found a few dead niche markets myself, in most cases, a bit of wordtracker keyword research will reward you with exactly what you need!

I have one store that I built with the first series that still only has 8 main categories. I think I started with only 5, but discovered a few more categories by looking at my log files.
I found that there were quite a few mystery auctions in my niche, so I made a category for that and it has done very well with providing commissions.
I also did a category for misspelled ebay listings, that hasn’t produced anything yet, but I’m going to write a sentence or two about it on my main page and see if that helps.
Great series Mark, thanks so much!

In regard to the misspelled section, you should do a content article on your site and write it just as it is meant for… finding auction that are spelled wrong! Choose a set of 10-15 terms commonly misspelled, and link to the actual categories within your store that have the correctly spelled items!
Search bot finds your article, indexes the misspelled words, and leads visitors right to the correct listing page on your site!
